Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator. Only candidates located in the Philippines to apply.    Job Summary: The Coordinator, Sales Administration will support Carnval's travel agency sales channel across all global markets.  The team member will support new travel agency set-ups and revisions to travel agency profiles in Carnival's systems according to all data and compliance requirements. Travel agency set-ups include validation of travel agency information, confirmation of business status, compliance review, and assigning commission to each travel agency partner.  Role involves a combination of travel agent email communication, data collection, data review and data entry.  Additional tasks can be assigned by department manager and AVP. Essential functions: * Receive emails from travel advisors requesting agency set-up or changes.  Ensure that application is complete and follow-up with travel agency (in writing or by phone) to collect any missing information. Receive phone calls from travel partners via the department pilot line. This will include actionable tasks for the coordinator or transfer the call to another department within Carnival. * Validate travel agency data with relevant third-party websites and services to confirm business status and compliance.  Services may vary based on international market location and could include taxpayer identification validation, business license/ seller of travel validation with IATA/ARC/CLIA/TRUE, visual compliance scan and other data checks and reviews as required by local market. * Enter or revise agency information in Carnival's internal systems so that travel agencies are enabled to book new Carnival cruises.  Data accuracy and attention to detail is critical. * Set-up new travel agencies with an ID and Password in Carnival's travel advisor booking tool GoCCL.com. * Performs other duties as assigned by department manager or AVP   Qualifications: * With Bachelor's degree in Tourism education or related field * 3+ years experience in customer service or related field (both phone and e-mail based customer service) * Must be available to work in EST hours to support North America customer base * With strong written communication skills. Experience following defined processes with precision and attention to detail. * Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing work. Self-driven and motivated to succeed. * Technical knowledge to troubleshoot, coordinate and leverage internal IT applications and databases and to maintain and create supporting data (policy/procedure) within Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM.                                                                                                      #LI-PV1 #LI-Remote
