Description Job Title: Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative Summary: The Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative (SLC/ISR) is a dual-role position responsible for supporting sales growth through coordination, lead management, customer communication, and active inside sales efforts. This position will serve as a reliable source of support to team members while driving revenue through proactive follow-up on open estimates. The SLC/ISR ensures quality service is provided to every customer, leads are managed efficiently, and opportunities are pursued to continually and consistently grow department revenue and meet margin goals. --- Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities: · Schedule interested customers, leads that come in through lead sources, technician leads, and all American Home Shield (AHS) upgrades with Project Managers. · Respond to internet leads within 5–10 minutes upon receipt. · Track all leads, lead sources, open estimates, and sales closing averages in a centralized spreadsheet or CRM. · Review technician work orders to generate potential sales leads. · Proactively call behind open estimates with the goal of converting leads into closed sales. · Help customers apply for financing and provide support on any financing-related inquiries. · Maintain detailed records of calls, customer feedback, and next steps in the sales process. --- Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative Qualifications: · Three years of related experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone. --- Sales Lead Coordinator & Inside Sales Representative Benefits: PTO (Paid Time Off) Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching COMPETENCIES: · Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully. · Technical Skills: Continuously builds knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others. · Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer needs and inquiries; manages difficult or emotional situations professionally. · Written/Verbal Communication: Communicates clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. · Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes tasks effectively; plans for future needs and develops realistic action plans. · Sales Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of sales processes, persuasive techniques, and goal orientation. · Quality: Pays close attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all tasks. · Quantity: Meets productivity standards and deadlines; strives to increase efficiency. · Attendance/Punctuality: Maintains reliable attendance and timeliness.
