Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Coordinator - Sales Operations as below: Job Description Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support DSEs to secure business opportunities. Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors. Monitor sales tasks and ensure the fulfillments. Responsible for Company system inputs and updates. Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales issues. Assist District Sales Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities. Assist District Sales Manager in running Sales weekly meeting and take the minutes. Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need. Qualifications Candidates have speaking capability in Chinese or Korean are preferred Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1-year Expeditors /industry experience. Knowledge of required company’s operating systems as well PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

The coordinator will manage customer inquiries and support Sales Executives in securing new business opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities also include monitoring sales tasks, updating company systems, and assisting the District Sales Manager with business opportunity tracking and meeting administration.
