SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Coordinator Service Parts Management supports the daily operations related to spare parts by keeping track of pricing, availability, and customer requests. This role helps ensure that customers receive accurate information and that internal processes run smoothly.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· One year of related experience and/or training.
· SAP experience preferred, but not required.

• SAP: 3 years (Preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintaining and updating spare part pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global standards
• Serving as the primary internal contact for all complaints relating to spare parts and their resolutions, including the relevant documentation and any necessary escalation.
• Reviewing and validating customer orders in SAP for completeness and correctness
• Identifying and assessing the status of spare parts (e.g., availability, location, delivery timelines) and communicating proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules and changes
• Coordinating with internal departments and customers for spare parts returns and part statuses
• Tracking and recording all Free of Charge (FOC) claims to ensure proper documentation and follow-up
