POSITION SUMMARY 【職位宗旨】 負責協調客房造型部內、外部溝通及每日工作流程,並協助與其他部門有效溝通。 【主要負責事項】 1. 迅速並正確地確保所有來自隨時隨需的需求已達成。 2. 與迎賓櫃台保持良好聯繫,並確保所有房間狀態正確。 3. 確實更新,接收、控制及記錄部門內部文書檔案。 4. 確實記錄顧客的特殊習性並及時佈置或遞送至客房。 5. 配合部門財產月、季以及年度盤點。 6. 確實做好遺留物記錄及管理。 7. 與其他部門保持良好溝通。 8. 迅速處理及滿足顧客的合理需求,以使客人感到滿意。 9. 所有客房造型部聯絡專員都必須擁有飯店的基礎知識及服務知識,以滿足顀客需求及問題。 10. 回答所有顧客的需求及問題時,都應保持友善及同理心。 11. 如有無法解決的需求及問題,請尋求其他合適同仁協助。 12. 遵守所有公司政策和程序。       At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. Responsibilities

This role also involves maintaining accurate room status with the front desk, handling documentation, recording special guest preferences, and participating in inventory counts.
