About the Department
The Center for Leadership & Involvement serves as the core of the co-curricular experience at the University of Chicago. CLI plays a formative role in the Campus and Student Life goal of creating a comprehensive and integrated network of services that support the academic mission and facilitate student learning, engagement, and success.
Job Summary
The Coordinator, Student Activities serves as a resource for student leaders, supports organizational development, and creates and executes staff-driven programming that promotes a vibrant campus culture. As a member of the Center for Leadership and Involvement, the Coordinator, Student Activities position supports the mission and vision of the unit, by working with students and staff to encourage involvement in student organizations, various programs, and overall student life at the University of Chicago. This Coordinator, Student Activities will develop and implement all CLI staff driven programming initiatives (including major Orientation events), advise a diverse portfolio of Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs), and manage the operation of our Student Activity Center.
