Are you passionate about helping students thrive and reach their full potential? The Career and Advising Center is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator for Student Success to join our team!
In this impactful role, you’ll collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to empower students on their journey toward earning a college degree. You’ll be at the heart of student achievement—guiding, supporting, and celebrating their milestones every step of the way.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Education, College Student Personnel, Counseling, Student Affairs, Psychology or related field
  • 2 + year of student engagement on a college campus (can include work/volunteer experience as an undergraduate student)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience providing customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Evidence of contributing to a positive team environment
  • Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three years of experience in student support, academic advising, or a related role
  • Experience teaching, presenting, or training
