ABOUT THE POSITION

La Trobe University is seeking an experienced Coordinator Systems Support to join our Information Services division. In this key role, you’ll support and maintain vital student service applications—including scheduling, partnerships, and case management systems—ensuring they align with the University’s strategic and operational goals.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand system requirements, develop solutions, and ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement. This role blends technical system management with analytical problem-solving, project participation, and customer support.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in managing or supporting student-related systems in a complex environment
  • Strong system analysis, data modelling, and reporting capabilities (ETLs and SQL experience an advantage)
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A relevant degree or extensive relevant experience
