This role supports the end-to-end recruiting process through applicant screening, administrative coordination, data reporting, and strong candidate communication. In addition to supporting recruiting operations, this role processes purchase orders, tracks recruitment-related expenses, maintains training materials, and keeps the team’s SharePoint site current and organized.

This is an hourly position: $26.50-$29.00 depending on level of skills & experience.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by providing critical administrative and operational support. This includes screening applicants, coordinating logistics, running recruitment reports, and ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates.

Beyond recruiting support, the coordinator is also responsible for processing purchase orders, tracking and reconciling recruitment-related expenses, maintaining up-to-date training materials, and ensuring the Talent Acquisition team’s SharePoint site remains organized and current. This position serves as a central point of coordination for both candidates and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Generate and analyze recruiting and hiring reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communications with hiring teams and candidates
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team’s shared email inbox and candidate phone line, ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Provide administrative assistance to TA Leadership Team such as processing purchase orders and invoices and monitor recruiting-related budget tracking
  • Maintain and update internal training materials and documentation
  • Keep the recruiting team’s SharePoint site up to date with current documents, tools, and resources
  • Track key recruiting metrics and support continuous process improvement
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, background checks, and other pre-employment activities
  • Provide general support for recruitment events, programs, and special projects
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
