COORDINATOR WORKLOAD CUSTOMER ATTACHMENT:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Coordinator Workload Customer Attachment for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Thorold, Ontario office.

COORDINATOR WORKLOAD CUSTOMER ATTACHMENT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Coordinator Workload Customer Attachment will be responsible for processing requests and coordinating work orders related to meter activations and natural gas installations. The role involves both in-office and remote work, providing support to builders and customers regarding natural gas services.

COORDINATOR WORKLOAD CUSTOMER ATTACHMENT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • 5 years + of relevant work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal & written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment and can work independently
  • Strong computer skills

COORDINATOR WORKLOAD CUSTOMER ATTACHMENT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Speaks French (bilingual)
  • Knowledge of Maximo, EGIS Web, CCWorksuite & SAP applications
Responsibilities
  • Process requests from builders for meter activations for construction heat and appliance inspections before occupancy.
  • Create, correct, and coordinate the completion of work orders and schedule appointments using SAP and Maximo.
  • Assist builders and heating contractors with the Get Connected application and advise on natural gas installation status.
  • Provide first point of contact to potential residential and commercial customers regarding natural gas services.
  • Determine natural gas availability for potential new customers.
  • Investigate billing and compliance issues through Emma Cases and Listings.
  • Maintain filing systems and Outlook mailboxes for successful billing and inspections.
  • Identify and monitor issues for proper communication within regional departments.
  • Resolve inquiries from internal and external customers via email and phone.
  • Handle complaints, verify their validity, and ensure proper resolution.
  • Complete other tasks and activities as business needs dictate.
