To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring 2 Full-time Contract Coordinator(s).
JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator provides team leadership in the overall service delivery and day-to-day operations of the Service. They provide a range of assistance and support in facilitating optimal client care.
LOFT’s Back to Home Program at Tudhope Manor in Orillia , offers specialized high support, supportive housing to individuals 55+ who are designated ALC or at risk of ALC. The home has 44 beds, and our Hub and Spoke Community Program offers additional 24 hour supports within the home and community to an additional 40 individuals. Our high support includes specialized Personal Support Workers, Psychogeriatric Case Managers , Life Enrichment and Behavioral Supports. Staff receive enhanced training related to mental health, addictions, psychosocial rehabilitation, responsive behaviors, and dementia.
