YOUR ROLE AS A JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Are you passionate about technology, IT, and project management? Do you want to play a key role in the evolution of our software solutions? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead our software version upgrade projects.
In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, controlling, and closing projects related to software updates, using the tools implemented at Maestro. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of each deployment.

WHAT WOULD I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control ERP implementation projects for both French- and English-speaking clients:
  • Schedule implementation timelines using internal tools.
  • Organize and lead project kickoff and follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for these meetings (e.g., project kickoff presentation)
  • Maintain documentation for the project portfolio to ensure effective trackiAct as the primary point of contact for clients within your project portfolio; understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Services, Sales, Software Development,Software Support) to follow up and execute client requests.
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements with your supervisor or colleagues or help define new ones.
  • Participate in various activities related to maestro*, such as documenting current and future software and team needs, procedures, etc.
  • Plan client training requests as needed, ensuring alignment with team members’ skills and availability.
