Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Montreal hybrid
Quantum Technology Recruiting (QTR) and Quantum Management Services (QMS) are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our digital presence—primarily on LinkedIn, but also across all other relevant channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketer with strong content and project management skills, capable of juggling strategy and execution—someone who’s equal parts thinker and doer.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our LinkedIn strategy: Create, schedule, and track high-impact content that builds brand visibility, thought leadership, and engagement for both QTR and QMS.
  • Own day-to-day social activity: Post regularly, engage with audiences, and keep our brand voice consistent and compelling across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with placement teams and senior leadership to craft fresh, relevant, and on-brand content.
  • Drive digital campaigns: Support email marketing, paid ads, SEO efforts, and event promotion.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars: Keep us organized and aligned across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strategize and plan: Bring people together to brainstorm and align on marketing direction and execution.
