Responsibilities
  • Prioritize requests from stores for product changes, layout updates or replacement needs.
  • Monitor progress, manage tickets/requests and ensure ongoing communication on the status of requests.
  • In collaboration with the purchasing team and logistics, ensure annual transitions (coordinate with suppliers) and product movement.
  • Maintain and update planograms and documentation for each store.
  • Maintain store planning calendar and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with store teams to gather feedback and identify layout improvement opportunities.
  • Support the execution of minor layout modifications and adjustments based on approved plans.
  • Coordinate communication between merchandising, store operations and design teams.
