THE ROLE

We are looking for a Buying Coordinator to join our team of buyers. This person will need to demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and precision in order to manage each stage of the purchasing process. This person will report directly to the team leader for purchasing and/or the buyer for the outdoor women’s clothing category. This is an entry point into the world of buying, ideal for recent graduates in fashion marketing, supply chain, or other relevant fields.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Creating orders in the system.
• Tracking and verifying order confirmations.
• Coordinating transfers: preparing transfer lists, obtaining approval from buyers, and scheduling transfers in the system.
• Coordinating inventory management: preparing promotion and end-of-season lists, obtaining approval from buyers, and liaising with the price management team.
• Pre-categorizing databases provided by manufacturers.
• Supporting delivery management and tracking.
• Assisting with price policy management: aiding in the retrieval of price policies, assigning product lists, and transmitting approved lists to the price management team.
• Coordinating and ensuring compliance with order cycle management in collaboration with the demand planning team, and supporting buyers in product presentation preparation
