COORDONNATEUR·RICE D’ÉTAGE – FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Ricoh est actuellement à la recherche d’une personne orientée rs la carrière pour coordonner quotidiennement avec les entrepreneurs externes et les services internes une grande variété de tâches liées à l’entretien et à l’exploitation des terrains du bâtiment. Le coordinateur des installations effectuera une variété de tâches pour soutenir le bâtiment et les opérations quotidiennes de la division, telles que les services de bureau, y compris le courrier, la messagerie, la duplication et la sécurité.

FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to coordinate on a daily basis with outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building grounds. The Facilities Coordinator with perform a variety of duties to support the building and Division’s daily operations such as office services including mail, courier, duplication and security.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Industry related training
  • Post-secondary diploma is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles with similar responsibility, scope and skills
  • Previous service, support, technical or operational experience with customers

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. as
