Assurez la coordination du recrutement dans un environnement dynamique lié au secteur de l’assurance, en appui aux opérations RH à l’échelle nord-américaine. Ce poste contractuel hybride basé à Montréal inclut l’intégration des nouveaux employés, la gestion des vérifications d’antécédents et la collaboration interfonctionnelle. Idéal pour les professionnels RH bilingues possédant plus de 5 ans d’expérience et de solides compétences organisationnelles.

• Provide administrative coordination to support Talent Acquisition activities.
• Manage background check processes in collaboration with vendors and candidates.
• Assist new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Format and post job descriptions on niche external sites.
• Prepare monthly reports and track referral bonus payments.
• Respond to inquiries in the recruitment inbox.
• Liaise with other HR departments to maintain alignment and information flow.
• Contribute to recruitment-related projects as assigned.
• Support the broader HR operations team as needed.
