Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment? We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help keep our studio running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our day-to-day operations while supporting a collaborative, energetic team.
Key Responsibilities

General Operations

  • Ensure kitchens, communal areas, and washrooms are clean and fully stocked daily
  • Maintain inventory of regularly replenished items (beverages, food, kitchen supplies, etc.)
  • Support studio operations with hands-on tasks: assembling desks, rearranging furniture, prepping for events (Rush Weeks, holiday functions, etc.)
  • Handle administrative duties such as collecting mail, receiving packages, and organizing monthly shipments to our Vancouver HQ
  • Act as the primary contact for office maintenance: liaise with vendors, building management, and security; log service tickets via the Allied portal
  • Oversee the petty cash fund, including reporting and reconciliation with the VP of Operations
  • Assist in managing employee photo IDs and access fobs
  • Support meetings and screenings, including room setup, food coordination, and ad hoc event needs
  • Point person for production team to coordinate project related wrap parties and Rush Weeks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Tech Support

  • Collaborate with the Desktop team to track desk assets and equipment inventory

Ce que vous apporterez :

Expérience en coordination des installations, soutien administratif ou poste similaire

  • Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
  • À l’aise avec des tâches physiques (déplacement de mobilier, installation de salles, etc.)
  • Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et sens de la débrouillardise
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et collaboration inter-équipes
  • Une expérience dans un studio ou un environnement créatif est un atout
  • Le bilinguisme est un atout.
