Description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Update tortilla inventory records in the ELM in real-time.
  • Coordinate Rollover inventory to supply team on daily basis.
  • Work with shipping, and production teams to ensure proper inventory flow.
  • Identify and report any waste inventory; assist with inventory disposal or adjustments.
  • Generate inventory reports for internal tracking and management review.
  • Assist in process improvements to increase accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices
