We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Administration team and play a vital role in supporting sales and customer service operations. POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and customer service teams. You’ll prepare bid packages, manage client communications, coordinate sales appointments, prepare client proposals, and ensure timely responses on behalf of key account managers. You’ll also provide support during our snow season and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fully bilingual (French & English).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Tech-savvy with proven ability to quickly learn company software.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong listening skills.
