EDUCATION

Post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
Knowledge of Canadian and Quebec employment laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source pre-screen, and schedule interviews for hourly and office roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist with in-person interviews.
  • Manage job postings, referral programs, and ensure career site accuracy.
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track pre-employment verifications.
  • Facilitate onboarding, ensuring paperwork and compliance completion.
  • Generate hiring reports, support staffing projects, and assist HR meetings.
  • Perform other HR tasks as needed.
