Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) – Garanties et Réparations pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. À ce poste, vous travaillerez dans notre entrepôt afin de fournir un excellent niveau de service et d’assistance aux clients de G2S TOBEQ, tout en soutenant la vision, la mission et le plan stratégique de l’entreprise. Vous aiderez les clients à répondre à leurs demandes, traiterez les transactions et veillerez à offrir une expérience client positive. Le candidat idéal possédera de solides compétences en communication et aura à cœur d’aider les autres.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Warranty and Repairs Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working in our warehouse to provide an excellent level of service and support to G2S TOBEQ customers, while supporting the company’s vision, mission and strategic plan. You will assist clients with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Computer and data entry skills in Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Bilingual - French and English required (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of automotive industry tools is an asset.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in automotive industry or customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to all customers over the counter and on the phone, in our warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate information and timely service is provided according to Company standards.
  • Handle all warranty and repair inquiries.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up with suppliers regarding repairs and special requests.
  • Solve customer problems and handle complaints.
  • Collaborate with other G2S TOBEQ departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service through all points of contact.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the overall order management process and customer service experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
