    From sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing and quality control and getting the finished product where it needs to be, our production team is responsible for ensuring we keep our standards high and our business profitable at every step of the journey. We are looking for a Coordinator, Order Management (Allocator), to join our team in Montreal.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales orders are adequately fulfilled and shipped according to customer required dates.
  • Follow up with production and distribution departments to resolve production and shipping issues.
  • Supply executives and sales with key operational and status reports (SAP, AO etc..).
  • Allocating; as soon as inventory is on hand.
  • Dropping picks to the warehouse.
  • Advise and follow up with processes unique to each customer.
  • Following up with warehouse to ensure orders are shipped by start date.
  • Follow up with warehouse on outstanding picks.
  • Advising and following up with sales reps and customer service for extensions and shortages.
  • Tracking and following up on shipments and production to ensure start delivery dates are met.
  • Bring in confirmed orders from EDI Cockpit
  • Ensure bulks are being reduced.
  • Update order dates and quantities as needed.
  • Check order details for accuracy (styles, colors, qty, prices)
