EXPÉRIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente ou expérience équivalente.
- Au moins deux ans d’expérience en rapport avec le poste.
- Le candidat doit avoir le souci du détail et de la précision.
- Il doit posséder d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et être capable de hiérarchiser plusieurs projets/demandes simultanément.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Esprit d’initiative, créativité et polyvalence
- Esprit d’analyse, capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue (parlé et écrit) en anglais et en français.
- Avoir travaillé pour une chaîne de restaurants est un atout, mais pas requis.
- Avoir travaillé dans le domaine du marketing, des relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe est un atout, mais pas requis.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience related to the position.
- Must be detailed-oriented and accurate.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize multiple projects/requests simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative, creativity, and versatility
- Analytical, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be perfectly bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French
- Worked in, or for, a restaurant company is an asset but not required.
- Worked in marketing, PR or related field is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating an annual marketing strategy for brands.
- Testing and providing input on new food & drink menu items.
- Manage or coordinate marketing projects: menu roll-out, media campaign (traditional and digital), third party aggregators, retail marketing, internal communication.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the phases of a strategic campaign of digital media plans (Web and social media)
- Participate in creating content for social media.
- Ensure the production of various communication tools.
- Manage the production of newsletters and digital assets.
- Marketing related printing / shipping coordination
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities, document the actions taken and suggest improvements.
- Track budgets and deadlines
- Assist in creating a customer database for different restaurant brands.
