Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist on Plan & Build for M365 Copilot to join our global team. In this role you will lead technical readiness and implementation activities for Copilot M365, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Copilot M365 architecture, integrations, and tenant readiness. Execute deployment plans, pilots, and migration projects, including add-in compatibility checks. Develop automation and monitoring solutions to support service reliability and performance. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align technical configurations with policies. Provide technical expertise during rollout and transition to steady-state operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise deployments. Strong understanding of AI integration, Microsoft Graph, and automation tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management. Familiarity with client & server operating systems and network fundamentals. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms. Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365. Experience managing external service providers. Soft Skills Ability to manage complex technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong coordination and presentation abilities. Ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining timely and cost-effective solutions. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly motivated to work in a challenging, global, multicultural team. Eager to learn new tools and technologies.
