As a Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team, you will lead technical engagements that drive AI transformation for enterprise customers. Your mission is to win technical decisions and accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related solutions by delivering compelling demos, envisioning sessions, and scalable architectures. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of work by enabling customers to realize the full potential of AI-powered productivity. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to remove technical blockers, generate pipeline, and ensure seamless handoffs for deployment and adoption. Responsibilities Collaborate with account team and act as a advisor for Copilot and Agent towards customers. Understand and discuss value related to customer business and processes. Assist in gathering customer requirements and documenting technical needs. Participate in technical close plan creation and maintain CRM hygiene under guidance. Build skills in envisioning, architecture, and compliance. Complete foundational certifications within technical offerings and consultative selling. Contribute to team learning by sharing observations and asking questions during debriefs. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND a few years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND a couple of years of experience in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles OR equivalent experience A few years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and AI productivity tools (or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn from team members Working toward certifications such as L200 Consultative Selling Fluency in Swedish and English Demonstrated curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to take on stretch assignments This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Responsibilities

The Solution Engineer will collaborate with the account team to advise customers on Copilot and Agent solutions, assist in gathering customer requirements, and participate in technical planning. They will also contribute to team learning and maintain CRM hygiene.
