OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for fostering a creative environment. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage a diverse team. As a Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience for both staff and clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a retail or studio environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated time management abilities with a keen eye for detail and organisation.
  • Experience in sales management or customer service is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks including phone etiquette and record keeping.
