As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Photoengraving Production Specialist to join our passionate and collaborative team. About the Role: As a Copper Prepress/Photoengraving Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in preparing customer artwork for production, ensuring files meet technical and aesthetic standards. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to transform artwork into high-quality engraved products. Requirements What You’ll Do: Prepare and optimize customer-supplied artwork for photoengraving production Communicate with clients to clarify job specs and resolve potential issues Collaborate with production teams to ensure file accuracy and production readiness Follow detailed written and verbal instructions for file setup and quality standards Maintain quality control throughout the production process Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Deliver outstanding customer service with clear, professional communication What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) Experience with prepress file preparation Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Solid communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable using both Mac and PC platforms Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
