Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Copper Department. This role supports daily production by operating a Luscher machine and handling copper materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The right candidate will follow established procedures, monitor quality, and work closely with teammates to keep work moving efficiently and safely. This position is well-suited for someone with some warehouse experience who is comfortable working with equipment, learning new processes, and contributing to a team-driven operation. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor a Luscher machine according to work instructions and safety standards Load, unload, and handle copper materials throughout the production process Perform basic quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Communicate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to leads or supervisors Support overall department goals by working collaboratively with the team Requirements 0–3 years of warehouse or production experience Comfort working around machinery and following detailed instructions Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided) Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude Commitment to safety procedures and PPE requirements
