The Beaver Den is our quick-service restaurant situated steps away from the Beaver Run chairlift at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Beaver Den offers guests the option of a quick, tasty bite without straying far from the hill in a casual setting including outdoor patio with slopeside views. What You'll Do: The Dining Room Attendant will assist and oversee our team of Dining Room Attendants (DRA). The DRAs play a vital role in our restaurant operations and provides quality guest services in a high-volume establishment. The Lead DRA will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in training new staff and maintaining standards in our dining area. In addition to overseeing the DRAs on the team, this position will ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the facilities; maintain and stock the beverage dispensers; and assist guests with bussing and disposal. Full-time, seasonal position. Position starts at $16.48-$18.00/hr. + Tips Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in training new staff alongside the Manager and Assistant Manager Ensure standards are being upheld in the Beaver Den dining room Set up and maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the facilities Provide fast and friendly customer service, answering any guest inquiries and ensuring all needs are met Assist guests with bussing and disposal What You'll Bring: 2+ years guest service experience - preferred 1+ years bussing, food running, or other food service - preferred Proficiency in written and spoken English - required This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive representation of the tasks and duties.
