SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Copy Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Copy team at Corston Architectural Detail.
This role is essential to helping the team run smoothly - from formatting and preparing product copy matrices to uploading finished content into our website back-end (Shopify).
You’ll work closely with our Senior Copywriter & Editor and Copywriter to ensure that all written content is presented accurately, consistently, and in the correct format across our internal documents and live website.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly methodical, digitally confident, and interested in working in a creative, brand-led environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Format and organise copy matrices and documentation for internal use
  • Assist with uploading and updating product copy and content on Shopify
  • Proof for formatting consistency across multiple documents and systems
  • Support the Copy team in tracking content readiness for launches and campaigns
  • Ensure accurate population of product names, descriptions, specifications, and features
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team on data organisation and planning where required
  • Maintain tidy records and folders, ensuring easy access and version control
