Department: Sales Job Location: Head Office, Bangkok and Southern Region Report to: Regional Sales Manager (South) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share. Create distribution network, develop new market, and conduct market research and advertising for company’s products. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Collect and analyze local marketing information, direct and indirect competitors, distribution network and selling price. Propose and monitor local marketing plan, regional sales forecast and regional market share. Manage, educate, develop, conduct business plans, and push sale to key-account dealers, specialist dealers and sub-dealers. Create yearly sales plan, marketing activities and local promotion. Coordinate with related department regarding troubleshooting, sales process, and customer services. Other assignment from supervisor. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business or related disciplines). Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. Knowledge of the sales cycle, including product placement, promotions, trade marketing, and pricing strategies. Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and forecasting. Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships and partnerships with customers. Honest, trustworthy, and performance-driven with a high level of motivation. Effective communication and presentation skills. Market awareness with the ability to think critically and strategically about business development opportunities. Proficiency in spoken and written Thai is required, along with basic to moderate proficiency in spoken and written English. Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in distribution sales, or account management, preferably in the construction materials or building materials sector.
Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business development, achieving sales targets, and managing distribution networks within the Southern region. They will also conduct market research, develop local marketing plans, and maintain strong relationships with key-account and sub-dealers.
