What you can expect in this role The ideal candidate will support purchasing operations by sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet company needs. Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies. Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new vendors. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and yard teams to monitor stock levels. Assist in forecasting future material needs based on project demands. Administrative Support: Assist in resolving order discrepancies and supplier issues. We are looking for Someone with: 5 Years QuickBooks Experience (Enterprise or Online) Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong Familiarity with Technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 Comprehensive Medical Insurance Package 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Vacations and Holidays
