Location: Av. Arriaga 75, São Martinho, 9000-064 Funchal Schedule: Rotating shifts - 4 workdays of 10 hours each and 2 days off. 2 types os schedule - from 08:00 to 18:00 and 10:00 to 20:00. Potential for relocation or international experience Responsibilities: Ensuring an impeccable customer service Selling additional services to customers Delivering the rental cars to customers Carefully filling out the rental contract Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers Carefully completing the return contract Registering the damages and charging the amounts from the customers Requesting customers feedback about their experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service Mandatory driving license (B category) Proficiency in Portuguese and English Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality Excellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detail Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
