Key Tasks: Clean and prep surfaces (sanding, masking); mix paint/stains; apply finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers; patch, caulk, and repair minor surface defects. Skills: Knowledge of color mixing, surface preparation techniques, and safe handling of hazardous materials. Electrician Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, lighting, control, and communication systems. Key Tasks: Install wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and fixtures; troubleshoot malfunctions; read electrical schematics to ensure compliance with local electrical codes. Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and diagnostic testing equipment.
