Description

Key Responsibilities: Clear and clean construction sites of debris, trash, and hazardous materials. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete, and other construction materials. Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas. Set up and maintain barriers, signs, and cones to ensure the safety of the site and pedestrians. Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to project plans. Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Key Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus. Valid Driver’s License required/ with own transportation Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
