Description
The successful candidate for this position will report to the Maintenance Manager. and will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all J & O Locations. Key Responsibilities: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and restocking disposable products. Cleaning fixtures Daily Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles Performing minor repairs. Monitoring all required pest control is complete. Maintaining cleaning equipment. Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment. Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours. Update SDS as required. Job Requirements: Basic mathematical skills. Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agents. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficient with handling basic maintenance repairs. Physically agile and dexterous; resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals. Outstanding organizational skills. Work environment: Humidity levels are elevated during summer months; plant floor is not climate controlled. Exposure to loud noise level Basic mathematical skills. Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agents. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficient with handling basic maintenance repairs. Physically agile and dexterous; resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals. Outstanding organizational skills.
