Tech Stack Your Responsibilities This is a hybrid role requiring coming to our Lehi office 2 days per week. Some of the responsibilities for this role includes: Learn our systems and tools through hands-on training Support customers by phone, chat, and email with empathy and care Help with deposits, payments, and account questions Work with teammates and other departments to solve challenges Build new skills through ongoing learning and coaching Your Profile High school diploma (additional education is welcome but not required) Background in any customer-facing role and a strong desire to keep helping people Clear and polite communication skills A genuine interest in solving problems and making a difference Comfort with computers and curiosity to learn new tools Attention to detail and ability to stay organized Enjoy working as part of a team Fluent English.
