We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our customers, drive revenue growth, and ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, proactively engaging with clients to increase adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends in SaaS and DME/HME to anticipate customer challenges and opportunities.
