THIS ROLE IS BASED IN OUR 5 HOWICK PLACE OFFICE.
Reporting into the Head of Business Process Excellence you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end R2R processes. This role involves designing, implementing and standardizing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, executing on key projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders across regions and functions to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to define the R2R strategy and ensure that this is executed through key projects, continuous improvement and process standardisation/simplification. This role will need to support and develop requirements for some of the One Informa initiatives where these touch R2R processes.
Informa is regularly integrating new businesses, and this requires the GPOs to work closely with the M&A and Integrations team to align on approach. This requires the development of a to be state while considering what process exceptions make sense to enable these integrations to be successful. Post integration the GPO will need to work with the various teams to work to standardise and simplify these exceptions where appropriate.
