About the role This role involves installing and configuring cabling, video displays, and camera monitoring systems for our customers. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide clear and friendly communication, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities include quoting and completing cabling jobs—such as pulling wire, terminating ends, and connecting peripherals—while collaborating with a team to ensure smooth installation and setup of all products. What you'll do We’re looking for a candidate who truly understands our customers’ needs and can deliver creative solutions by installing cabling, video displays, and monitoring products. This person communicates clearly and patiently, using language customers can easily understand, and always maintains a friendly, approachable demeanor. Customers love working with them—and often request them by name. In this role, you’ll be responsible for quoting and installing cabling jobs, including pulling wire, terminating ends, and connecting peripherals. Our cabling team also installs video displays and camera monitoring systems, so you’ll collaborate with the team to set up and configure products for optimal use. Qualifications Experience in low-voltage electrical work a plus; namely, installing, pulling, terminating, and labeling cable Being certified in installing and/or fiber systems is a plus BICSI Certification is a plus Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done Eagerness to learn Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50- 100+ lbs.
