Description Site Manager The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of maintaining all activities at the site level. With major focus on occupancy, collection of rents, and certification. The Site Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and is required to work on site. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: · Ensuring that Occupancy is maintained a t 97% or higher at all times · Collection of rents on a strict schedule, chasing all balances, and providing documentation to tenants for any delinquent balances on a strict schedule · Filing for eviction based upon lack of rent payments, or other lease violations · Maintain office, grounds, and buildings in top condition at all times. · Hire and supervise maintenance personnel. · Interact with tenants on a daily basis, including interviewing potential tenants for occupancy. · Maintain records according to corporate, state and federal guidelines; both hard and soft copies. · This position requires the ability to meet strict timelines, and work unsupervised. · Must be able to manage within strict budget guidelines and consistently meet occupancy and collection goals. · Tax Credit experience and previous work with OneSite or similar software a plus. · Computer knowledge is required. · Site Manager may be required to paint, clean and perform other tasks as needed to maintain site.
