What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours Complete nightly audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and prepare reports Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and care Monitor hotel safety, security, and cleanliness throughout the night Set the stage for a successful morning shift with smooth handoffs and accurate reporting What We’re Looking For Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, confident, and guest‑focused Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, even during busy shifts Dependable, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing overnight responsibilities Why Join Us? Responsibilities

The Night Auditor will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours, which includes completing nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions, and preparing necessary reports. This role also involves monitoring hotel safety and cleanliness while responding professionally to guest requests and emergencies.
