Our commitment to product authenticity is unwavering, with dedicated facilities ensuring quality. Novelship is seeking a full-time Product Manager (based in Shanghai) to join our team. This role will work with internal stakeholders to improve our Website, Application and Internal Tools. As a Product Manager, your Goal is to increase user conversion, improve user experience, and reduce cost of operations and communications. This is a measurable high-impact role that impacts pre-sale and post-sale experiences. You will report directly to the Product Head (COO). Responsibilities: Co-define User Facing product roadmap using Historical data, Competitor Research and User insights. Lead product features related to search, checkout, repurchase, taking reference from User Research and Industrial best practices. Drive improvements to existing features based on past performance data and user feedback. Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve feature performance. Collaborate with the operations team to build tools that improve cost-efficiency Work with design team to fine tune user experience and co-pilot design-heavy features like search and checkout. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data or Business fields. At least 1 year of product management experience (internship experience included). If you do not meet this criteria, we want to hear you demonstrate your decision making and analytical abilities during our interview. Experience working on features related to User Checkout Conversion. Process-driven and Analytical. Excellent Problem solver. Strong initiative and bias to action. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; able to speak and write in English. Experience with using AI Tools is a must.
