What you can expect in this role The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales strategy development, and cross- functional collaboration to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs, preferences, and challenges. Foster and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and trust-building. Product/Service Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of company offerings. Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight value propositions. Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, prices, and agreements to close deals. Address objections and concerns to guide customers toward favorable outcomes. Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Resolve inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation: Starting Base Salary: $35,000 Commission: 5% on Sales Additional Benefits: Company Vehicle Provided Comprehensive Medical Insurance Package 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Vacations and Holidays Based on Experience: Optional Full Commission of 10% on Sales
