Location: Dallas, Texas Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base + performance incentives Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview Integration Health is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top-tier clinical professionals, including ECMO specialists and perfusionists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, with preference given to those experienced in recruiting in ECMO (specialists and coordinators), Perfusion, RN/RT or similar highly specialized roles. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract ECMO specialists, coordinators and perfusionists. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, professional networks, and educational institutions. Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring standards. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare recruiting; experience with ECMO/Perfusion/Hospital Staffing strongly preferred. Familiarity with ECMO and cardiovascular care roles is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually.
