In addition, you will work on the development of the new features for the project, work on improving internal algorithms, optimization/scaling of the service, protection against fraud and security, analytics, a / b testing and API projects. Who we are looking for: Extensive experience in robust Ruby & Rails API design & development Ability to carry unclear product requirements to stable, clear, deployed features Ability to work autonomously, determining what needs to be done and why with little-to-no oversight (think managers of one) Habitually ensuring new app behaviors are covered by specs to ensure stability Experience working on high-loaded projects involving cross-functional collaboration Ability to find a compromise between perfect code and fast delivery English language not lower than Intermediate Tech stack: Ruby 3 Rails 7 Puma PostgreSQL Redis Sidekiq GCP & AWS Why join us?
