The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role involves leading Electrical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential. Utilize your extensive experience to create cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. On-Site Expertise: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and provide expert technical support throughout the construction phases. Your seasoned insights will ensure projects are executed flawlessly. Technical Excellence: Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure the highest quality standards. Your meticulous attention to detail will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards. Your deep understanding of regulatory requirements will safeguard project compliance. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Professional Engineer (PE) certification required. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced knowledge of other industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus. Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
