Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Events Executive to join our marketing team on a maternity cover contract, helping shape and deliver a market‑leading programme of internal and external events across the UK and Europe. If you enjoy bringing ideas to life, building strong relationships and creating memorable event experiences that reflect a trusted brand, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll work across in‑person, virtual and hybrid events, partnering closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure every detail delivers against our business and brand goals. What you’ll be doing: Planning and delivering a diverse programme of internal and external events across the UK and Europe Managing events end to end, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation Supporting flagship industry conferences and exhibitions, including brand presence and client activity Collaborating closely with marketing teams to align events with annual strategies Managing relationships with venues, agencies and third‑party suppliers Overseeing event budgets, including approvals, invoicing and post‑event reconciliation Managing delegate registration systems and event communications platforms Producing post‑event insights, metrics and ROI reporting for stakeholders Who we’re looking for: Proven experience delivering events within the UK and Europe, ideally in financial or professional services Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly and professionally Experience using event and CRM platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce Excellent attention to detail combined with a creative approach Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership Willingness to travel as required to support event delivery Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
