Join VBNS as a Territory Sales Representative and grow with us. Primary Purpose: Under minimum supervision, develop and grow the dairy/beef market in your territory. Always maintaining a strong, ethical and positive image by respecting yourself, your customers, and the company. Responsibilities: Partner with distribution channels to grow communication and buy-in. Develop, write and submit sales plans to management. Determine appropriate tradeshows, associations.. etc. to support sales efforts. Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks. Keep abreast of competitive products and offer product suggestions for improving and developing new products for the markets. Train with the Large Animal Sales Team to establish and grow strong sales. Communicate regularly with producers and schedule visits to operations. Requirements Requirements & Skills: Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required A Bachelor's degree in business or animal health preferred but not required. Adaptability to change Oral and written communication skills Interpersonal and organizational skills Required to travel to on-farm clients 3 days of the week Willing to travel during to tradeshows and training as requested.
